Welcome! Before working together or using this website, please take a moment to review the terms and values that guide all services provided here.
All services provided — including IT consulting, web development, design, branding, support, and training — are tailored individually based on project agreements and proposals.
Before any work begins, a clear scope, timeline, and cost will be defined in writing. Small services may proceed based on simple email confirmation. Larger projects require formal written agreements.
Invoices are typically issued based on project milestones or at project completion. Payment is due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late fees may apply after that period.
All project information, client data, and proprietary material are treated as confidential. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be provided upon request.
Projects may be canceled by either party with written notice. Work completed up to cancellation will be billed proportionally. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Project revisions are included where specified. Major scope changes after project start may require a revised agreement and additional fees.
All services must be used for lawful purposes only. Projects involving illegal content, hate speech, discrimination, or unethical practices will not be accepted.
Unless agreed otherwise, I may showcase non-sensitive parts of your project (e.g. public websites, designs) in my portfolio. Testimonials may be requested after successful delivery.
Some types of services and content requests will not be accepted under any circumstances — to ensure legal compliance, personal ethics, and brand integrity.
If you're unsure whether your project is acceptable, just reach out and ask. I’m always happy to clarify before we begin.
Working together should always feel respectful, clear, and human. Here’s the shared code of conduct for all collaborations, partnerships, and communications.
All interactions should be grounded in mutual respect, patience, and professional courtesy — no matter the situation.
Clients, partners, and collaborators of all backgrounds, identities, and working styles are welcome. Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
Feedback, concerns, and project details should be shared clearly and respectfully. Miscommunications are always treated with patience and curiosity, not blame.
Both parties commit to honoring agreed schedules as much as possible. If delays happen, early communication is expected on both sides.
Delivering good work is always prioritized over rushing to meet unrealistic deadlines. Quality, care, and craftsmanship come first.
Harassment, threats, discrimination, or any form of aggressive behavior will result in immediate termination of collaboration and, if necessary, legal action.
